Top Nutritional Protein Powder
When it comes to protein powders, I’ve used all different kinds over the years. I’d buy them at the grocery store, Whole Foods, the health store, Amazon, you name it. I found a few that I liked, and would enjoy them for some time. But after a while, I would notice that some of them made my sweat smell after working out. It bothered me that I didn’t know how I could fully trust any of these brands, no matter how “Clean”, or “Organic”, they claimed to be.
How could I really be confident that any of these companies were putting in their products what they said they were!? I was consuming a protein shake daily and started to become quite skeptical and worried about what was actually going into my body!
Fast forward to a dear friend telling me about Shaklee products. This company is different in that it is “beyond organic”: rigorously tested routinely for purity and they refuse to work with any farmers that don’t live up to their impeccably high standards. I first started using them when I was pregnant and to my amazement, I began having more energy while pregnant and homeschooling than I ever had before. My kids also drink the Life Shakes, although I only give them one scoop of the powder so we don’t go through it so quickly. The shakes are meant to be used as a meal replacement, although I currently use them on top of meals to make sure I’m getting what I need since I still currently breastfeed and I am very active. You could also just do one scoop a day as well to extend how long your supply lasts.
