Add all of your filling ingredients into a blender and blend on high until creamy and smooth. Taste and adjust flavor as needed by adding more agave for sweetness or lime juice for more tart.
Freeze 2-4 hours until firm (I usually make the day/night before I am planning to serve it).
Take out from your freezer about 10-15 minutes to thaw before serving. Will keep sealed well in your freezer for a few weeks, though I doubt it will last that long! Ours is usually gone in a day or two!
