Healthy & Incredibly Delicious Brownie Mug Cake

Ingredients
  

  • ¼ cup Almond Flour
  • 1 tbsp Cacao Powder
  • ¼ tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tbsp Dairy-free Dark Chocolate Chips
  • 1 pinch Sea Salt
  • 1 tbsp Coconut Oil
  • ¼ tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tbsp Almond Milk
  • 1/2 tbsp Maple Syrup

Equipment

  • 1 Small Microwaveable Bowl
  • 1 Small Microwaveable Mug or Ramekin

Method
 

  1. In a small ramekin or bowl, combine flour, cacao powder, baking powder and salt
  2. In separate small bowl or ramekin, melt chocolate chips and oil in the microwave for about 30 seconds. Stir in the vanilla, almond milk, and maple syrup
  3. Combine your wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until a brownie batter consistency forms. Place your mug/ramekin into the microwave and cook for about 40 seconds. Allow your brownie to cool for at least 3 minutes.
  4. Serve with dairy-free whipped cream on top or vanilla ice cream, organic hot fudge and/or natural sprinkles!
